I'm a husband, a son, a father, and a grandfather. I'm a Caribbean American from St Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I'm an Army Veteran who has been to war and served in multiple countries around the world. I have some unique views, that give me a different perspective on things. My hope and prayer are these perspectives help you see God differently. If you see God differently, perhaps your relationship with Him will change. Benjamin's Bites: Have You Been Reconciled To Your Father
A Bible verse I love is 2 Corinthians 5:19. That is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting people’s sins against them [but canceling them]. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation [that is, restoration to favor with God].
Here is my perspective. How much love God must have had for us, and wanted relationship with us, that he sacrificed Jesus. Is it possible that as a Father, He hates sin so much because it keeps you away from Him?
