I'm a husband, a son, a father, and a grandfather. I'm a Caribbean American from St Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I'm an Army Veteran who has been to war and served in multiple countries around the world. I have some unique views, that give me a different perspective on things. My hope and prayer are these perspectives help you see God differently. If you see God differently, perhaps your relationship with Him will change. Benjamin’s Perspective: Sonship Defines Me, Not My Blackness
Jeremiah 1:5 and Psalms 139:13-17 changed me. Because of these two scriptures, which explain I had absolutely nothing to do with the color of my skin, I decided to pursue why I am this color, rather than placing my identity in it. I am Benjamin, who was made a darker complexion on purpose, with a purpose.
